Love Thy Neighbor

Sometimes our neighbor is driving us crazy, not only us some people felt the same too. He has alot of cats and they make our front and back yard as their litter box. People in our neighborhood were complaining because of this cause their everywhere. Sometimes this are the reason that our renter will moved because their our next door neighbor and cats are everywhere in our yard. Wish we have dogs to chase them but we can't have one at this time cause nobody will watch them in case we're going for a vacation or go travel. We just glad one time when our past renter and our present renter has a dog it helps alot to chase those cats around the yard. Animal control were already here and checking him but he said it's not his cats he's just feeding them. He's probably a cat lover or has a big heart for a cat cause he lived all by himself and there is nothing wrong with it. Well, one two or three is fine more than three is alot and more than ten is too much.
