I've Decided...

I informed the managements of my work for my 2 weeks notice. This is the decision i made and decided to quit my job. I know in this economy people are holding their job tight but i have a new things to do and hope and pray we are going on the right way. I been into a lot of stress at work lately and i don't have much time on my daughter anymore and our new job is something that my husband and i are doing it together and i should have plenty of time with my daughter. So my last day at work will be this Valentine's Day. Honestly i am so thankful about my job and to the company for giving me a chance to work with them. I made a lot of friends and i learned a lot especially in interacting with different kinds of people. I developed a skill you know i never been a cashier before and that was a great training and i am surely doing good on it. Well, i'm gonna miss that place but still i am gonna occupy my time for some new things to do.

Richelle's New Front Teeth

Yesterday was our appointment for Richelle's front teeth capped. 4 of her front teeth were rotten and and the 2nd 2 were eatin' away by the cavity. We made our 1st visit before Christmas were they make x-rays and examination and yesterday was her appointment for cleaning and capping. It was started really bad cause she fought and screaming when we tried to get her to drink her medication, that was when they hold her down and syringed it in her mouth. So i was thinking the actual tooth work is gonna get worse. After about 45 min to let the medication work, we went in and they wanted to strap her to a papoose like board "wrap her like a burrito" she said. So Richelle climbed right up on the board, allowed the lady to her right arm then her left arm and the wrap that went around her. Then they put the nitrous oxide on her nose the whole time she was very good for everything. Then another lady came in gave her two shots of Novocaine still not a single fuss.. then the doctor came in and went to work filed down her teeth fitted and glued the caps on and commented that she was a very good girl.. usually they fuss a little to a lot he said but she was very good trooper. Her dad's been telling her that the dentist was going to open her mouth look around in there and make drilling noises and he was going fix her teeth cause that's his job, reminded her quite a bit yesterday making drilling noises and like that.. .so maybe she was a little prepared.. but whatever she was very good, i was very surprised and so proud of her. Not a very little fuss when they work on her teeth, we are there watching and some little blood around her gums. The medication might be affect good cause she is so tired and sleepy but she is still conscious on the operation opening her eyes and moving her feet. I was just proud of her and likes her teeth now. She seems still adjusting on the caps as it is a little bigger compared to her teeth.

Steelers vs Cardinals

Super Bowl XLIII tomorrow in Tampa FL. The Arizona Cardinals is making a history and of course most of the people here in Arizona were very excited for the coming Super Bowl. You can see people around everywhere ever since the Cardinals won on the play-off people were wearing the Cardinals shirts. It never happens before that most of the people here were very supportive on the team. In this Super Bowl anything can happens even though that Steelers been a champion many times but the point is this is the cardinals seasons don't be so sure of your bet and don't underestimate the Cardinals. They reach into the finals therefor they have the chance to be the champion. I am working tomorrow though so i can't watch the game but i was just carried of the excitement around here and i am not any of the teams fan too.

Hot N Cold -KATY PERRY

Hot N Cold -KATY PERRY

You change your mind
Like a girl changes clothes
Yeah you PMS like a bitch,
I would know

And you over think
Always speak
Cryptically

I should know
That you're no good for me

{CHORUS}
Cause you're hot then you're cold
You're yes then you're no
You're in then you're out
You're up then you're down
You're wrong when it's right
It's black and it's white
We fight, we break up
We kiss, we make up
You, You don't really want to stay, no
you,but You, but you don't really want to go-o
You're hot then you're cold
You're yes then you're no
You're in then you're out
You're up and you're down

We used to be
Just like twins
So in sync
The same energy
Now's a dead battery
Used to laugh bout nothing
Now your plain boring

I should know that
you're not gonna change

{CHORUS}

Someone call the doctor
Got a case of a love bi-polar
Stuck on a roller coaster

Forwarded by my husband's uncle. The poisonous snake living around the hot desert and some are around the Arizona deserts. This is huge rattle snake. We loved exploring around the desert and camping in the middle of nowhere and looking for some pretty rocks in the desert. Seeing this picture making me not to go out in the desert again. I just hate snakes.

My town is one of the town in between the town of Jasaan were my families and relatives were there. Our house located in a higher elevated part just hope and pray that they don't have any landslide and floods around the area. Jokes

Wolf Encounter

A tour guide was talking with a group of school kids at Yellowstone park when one of the kids asked him if he had ever came face-to-face with a wolf.
"Yes, I came face to face with a wolf once. And as luck would have it, I was alone and without a weapon."
"What did you do?" the little girl asked.
"What could I do? First, I tried looking him straight in the eyes but he slowly came toward me. I moved back, but he kept coming nearer and nearer. I had to think fast."
"How did you get away?"
"As a last resort, I just turned around and walked quickly to the next cage."

Planting Potatoes

A farmer gets sent to jail, and his wife is trying to hold the farm together until her husband can get out. She's not, however, very good at farm work, so she writes a letter to him in jail: "Dear sweetheart, I want to plant the potatoes. When is the best time to do it?"
The farmer writes back: "Honey, don't go near that field. That's where all my guns are buried."
But, because he is in jail all of the farmer's mail is censored. So when the sheriff and his deputies read this, they all run out to the farm and dig up the entire potato field looking for guns. After two full days of digging, they don't find one single weapon.
The farmer then writes to his wife: "Honey, now is when you should plant the potatoes."

Awful Time

"I've just had the most awful time," said a boy to his friends. "First I got angina pectoris, then arteriosclerosis. Just as I was recovering, I got psoriasis. They gave me hypodermics, and to top it all, tonsillitis was followed by appendectomy."
"Wow! How did you pull through?" sympathized his friends.
"I don't know," the boy replied. "Toughest spelling test I ever had."

Orang-utang

One day the zoo-keeper noticed that the orang-utang was reading two books -- the Bible and Darwin's Origin of Species. In surprise he asked the ape, "Why are you reading both those books"?
"Well," said the orang-utang, "I just wanted to know if I was my brother's keeper or my keeper's brother."

Salmonella Strikes Again

In Ohio a distributor says it has recalled two brands of its peanut butter after an open container tested positive for salmonella bacteria. King Nut Companies said in a statement issued Saturday that it has asked customers to stop distributing all peanut butter under its King Nut and Parnell's Pride brands with a lot code that begins with the numeral "8." The brands are distributed only through food service providers and are not sold directly to consumers.

Kids loved peanut butter and jelly sandwich and so as my daughter. So it is nice to know about things like this to make us aware before we go shopping. This is very important cause we eat this.

Water and Your Skin

" It is been said that water is essential to all of our biological processes. When it comes to skin, H20 is necessary for the proper functioning of enzymes that enable skin to continually replace itself and slough off old, dead cells. And yes, if the body is severely dehydrated, you will see changes in your skin. But true dehydration is very different from the occasional need for a tall glass of water.

In the vast majority of cases, then, dehydrated skin is not indicative of a dehydrated body - and drinking more water will not have a significant impact on your skin's hydration. Make no mistake: As a doctor (and a human being!), I'm a big fan of water and advocate drinking plenty of it. But if you're experiencing dry skin - and more of us will be as the weather turns cooler and humidity drops in many parts of the world - the only way to get relief is to strengthen your skin barrier.

So, what's the skin barrier? That's the layer of skin - right in the middle of the epidermis - that's rich in lipids (a.k.a. fats) like fatty acids, cholesterol, and ceramides. When it's healthy, it is responsible for keeping moisture in your skin, and irritants out.

But when this barrier is compromised, your skin loses water to the environment, resulting in dry skin, and is also more susceptible to allergic reactions and irritation. That's also why you may feel plagued by dull skin during the winter: When the skin barrier is disrupted, its lipids aren't holding your skin cells together effectively. As a result, cells' edges begin to curl up, resulting in dry skin's rough, lifeless appearance.

The best way to tackle dry skin, then, is to help bolster the skin barrier so it can do its job and retain moisture. In fact, you can find the same lipids that are naturally present in your skin barrier in many moisturizers - fatty acids (like stearic acid), cholesterol, and ceramides are readily available in many creams and lotions. Glycerin, another rich moisturizer, is also easy to find. Best of all, these top-notch ingredients are affordable, and you'll find them in the aisles of your very own drugstore."

My daughter born with eczema and the doctors advice is to moisturized it cause the cause of eczema is a dryness of skin. She said that it will gone as she grows. She is now almost 3 and i haven't noticed it around on her skin. We used petroleum jelly cause it's good and natural and i am using Vaseline lotion for myself for my dry skin and that's what i uses for her too now. But yeah of course drinking plenty of water is very important not just for skin hydration but for a lot more functions for our body.

Seventeen Forever -METRO STATION

SEVENTEEN FOREVER -METRO STATION

You are young and so am I
And this is wrong
But who am I to judge?
You feel like heaven when we touch
I guess for me this is enough

We're one mistake from being together
But let's not ask why it's not right
You won't be seventeen forever
And we can get away with this tonight

You are young and I was scared
You're wise beyond your years
But I don't care
And I can feel your heartbeat
You know exactly where to take me

We're one mistake from being together
But let's not ask why it's not right
You won't be seventeen forever
And we can get away with this tonight

"Will you remember me?"
You ask me as I leave
"Remember what I said?"
Oh, how could I
Oh, how could I forget?

We're one mistake from being together
But let's not ask why it's not right
You won't be seventeen forever
And we can get away with this tonight (x3)

Pizza Business

We are so excited that our pizza business is gonna open for business pretty soon. My husband build it by itself. I'm going to take a picture to show it here, made from a pretty big size close trailer. Our plan was been approved for awhile now and last Friday we went to the Health Department for inspections. That was the 1st time we brought it there and we are happy that only few things needed to do to make it pass. Very simple things just some caulking needed to be smooth and some other parts. We hopefully hopefully we gonna start our own business pretty soon.

Let it Snow! Let it Snow!

I talked to my friend in Chicago today while i was having my break at work. It's been awhile that we never heard from each other. We used to be a very good friends way back in Cebu before she came here in the US and we used to be a workmates before that too. Well, she told me that she didn't went out today cause of some snow storm on there place. After talking for awhile catching on what's going on in our lives she want me to go to Chicago for a visit. Well, i don't wanna stuck on their weather but she don't want to come down here in Phoenix either were we have a very nice weather in winter. Guess we have to make a better plan for our reunion cause it's gonna be 5 years that we never seen each other.

Last Day of Our Tree

Tomorrow is the last day of our Christmas tree in our living room. We gonna put it out on file for bulk trash and the city will pick it up and seems the schedule for this month is either Monday or Tuesday. On my next day-off i'm going to put away Christmas decorations and keep it for the next Christmas. Time past by so fast and it's already the 11Th of January, pretty soon we won't notice it it's gonna be Christmas once again.

Pollution

Tonight at work i have this very nice customer chatting with me. She said that they just came from California for a visit and telling me that all 3 of them got colds, chest tight and their losing their voice and congested. She said that the city is polluted, so busy street and congested. I don't know which part but i thought Phoenix is already polluted. Like when we went to the mountain summit were you can see the intire Phoenix, the city is dusty and gray. Well, there's probably more worst than Phoenix but all i can say is still much better than Philippines hehe.

Post Holiday Sales

Seems post holiday sales is not clicking this year... We have a lot of markdown in the store plus extra 30% off but looks like racks are still full. I've notice a lot of people buying from the clearance but still seems untouched. Might be because less and less of people are going shopping, i know economy still down so people probably are watching on there expenses and could probably just spend it to the most important. Hope this 2009 economy will recover on this crisis... Like me i tried not to be more spender even though my weakness is shopping, just do some window shopping or just walking around the store for some exercise hehe.

Collage Pictures

Tonight i was playing on the pictures which my husband's Aunt sends us. One day when they were here in AZ last December, she took my daughter to the park. Took a lot of pictures too... She sends it to us and asked us if we can find a frame for it cause they were all darling pictures. So one day when i went shopping i found a very nice collage pictures frame and i even bought two just in case. And tonight when i was playing on the pictures forming it on the floor i had an idea of just using one big picture frame that fits all of the pictures. It's very nice though i like it, and the 2 collage pictures frame i could probably use it on something else cause she sends us a lot more pictures that took in a different days and just hung it on my daughter's room.

US Food Capitals

It is nice to know where were the sources of the foods we ate everyday. Some probably an export but most probably produced just around some part of America. Based on some of what i've read, California has a wide farm land and theres probably most of the fresh produce comes from. Most States probably has it's own sources of there own food and some foods were imports from other States. Like this...

Cincinnati - Chili Capital
Cincinnati, Ohio, doesn’t serve up the Tex-Mex chili most are used to, but surely has the most chili restaurants of any city in the United States. Created in the 1920s by immigrant restaurateurs, Cincinnati chili has more in common with a Mediterranean stew, its beef spiced more with cumin and cinnamon than chile peppers. You get it two-way (over spaghetti), three-way (over spaghetti with cheese), four-way (over spaghetti with cheese and beans or onions) or five-way (over spaghetti with cheese, onions, and beans). Empress Chili was the progenitor, but the Goldstar and Skyline chains are the largest, each with dozens of outlets in Cincinnati and elsewhere. Skyline met with such success that it went public in 1986 and was bought up by Fleet Equity Partners in the late 1990s. Of course, the city’s healthy appetite for its beloved creation fosters a trove of independent eateries, still serving it whatever way you like.

San Francisco – Burrito Capital
The giant burritos beloved by cheap food aficionados do have an ancestral home, and somewhat surprisingly, it’s the Mission District of San Francisco. The Mission burrito folds in rice, guac, sour cream and sometimes more into the bean/cheese/meat blend, thus creating legendary burritos as big as your head. The true origins are murky — modern legends always are — but folks generally agree that the taqueria El Faro was the first to create this iteration back in 1961. And with well over 100 places across the city where you can pig out, debate about which joint is the best is hot. But in the Mission, you can’t go wrong with La Cumbre, El Farolito or La Taqueria.

Gainesville, Ga. - Poultry Capital of the World
In Georgia, the General Assembly declared the whole state the Poultry Capital of the World in 1995. A slew of data backs up the claim—or at least the claim of the entire Southeast U.S. —and Georgia is an enormous producer of the broilers that we all devour. But in 1977, Gainesville, Ga., beat its parent to the punch, asserting that the town itself, a center of poultry production, was in fact the Poultry Capital of the World. See for yourself in the Georgia Poultry Park in downtown Gainesville, where you’ll find the chicken monument—a twenty-five foot high marble statue, topped with a three-foot rooster, with information about the poultry industry decorating its base.

Mendota, Ill. – Corn Capital
Beauty pageants occupy a strange place in the American landscape. Some people find Miss America, Miss USA and their ilk offensive, but in some towns, beauty pageants are an adorably retro centerpiece of the harvest festivities. Halfway between Chicago and Davenport, Iowa, the town of Mendota, Ill., has offered its Sweet Corn Festival since 1948, bringing under one umbrella festivities that have taken place in a variety of forms for nearly one hundred years. Today, they draw about 60,000 people who eat fifty to sixty tons of sweet corn (from Del Monte, which maintains a major operation there) over one weekend in August, and award a local high school girl the title of Miss Sweet Corn Queen amidst the craft dealers, live bands and carnival.

Gilroy, Calif. – Garlic Capital of the World
For those unafraid of garlic breath, take a trip to Gilroy, Calif., at the end of July. One of the largest harvest festivals in the country, Gilroy—laying claim to the title of Garlic Capital of the World—serves up two tons of garlic in a wide range of dishes including garlic ice cream, of all things. Since its inception in 1979 as a charitable event, the Gilroy Garlic Festival has raised over $8 million for nonprofit organizations in the area, and attracts over 100,000 visitors to its celebratory weekend—including a handful of young women from the region, who can breathe a bit more easily (if not less garlicky) when they announce who has captured the tiara of Miss Gilroy Garlic Queen.

More corn capitals?
Speaking of corn, it should surprise no one that America’s heartland is home to a couple of contenders for Corn Capital. Olivia, Minn., lays claim to the throne as a center of production and agricultural research (including agri-giants Monsanto and BASF) and has been designated as such by the Minnesota State Senate. There’s a 25-foot tall ear of corn that tops a gazebo in its Memorial Park to prove it. The Corn Capital Days celebration, featuring not only a corn toss, but also the Corn-lympics, pops off at the end of July.
But Mitchell, S.D., is no slouch—it’s celebrated the cereal grain we all know and love since 1892 with the Mitchell Corn Palace. Twice, the Corn Palace outgrew its homes, and its third incarnation, completed in 1921, is the one we know today. Both its façade and internal walls of the Palace’s auditorium feature murals made entirely of corn kernels, celebrating an annually changing theme. If you’re in South Dakota at the end of August, you can check out the “Everyday Heroes” display for yourself at the yearly Corn Palace Festival.

Blueberry Capital(s) of the World
In 1984, Ronald Reagan lent credence to Hammonton, N.J.’s claim to being Blueberry Capital of the World, by, well, calling it that in a campaign speech as he ran for re-election. But Hammonton does have a legit claim, with soil perfectly suited to cultivating New Jersey’s state fruit. And with a festival that the former President would have loved—the Red, White, and Blueberry Festival—now entering its 22nd year, it’s not likely they’d give up the title any time soon. But wait! Portland, Oregon has a festival of the same name! And South Haven, Mich., plays host to the National Blueberry Festival, featuring tribute bands and a cook-off that in 2007 featured delectable treats like a Blueberry Crème ‘Blue’ Lee and Blueberry Ginger Dressing Sauce. I’m not sure who wins the blueberry throwdown, but it’s sure to be messy.

Here Without You -3 DOORS DOWN

This song is my husband and i theme song when we are still 1000 miles apart from each other. When i was still in the Philippines and he is here in AZ.

Here Without You -3 Doors Down

A hundred days have made me older,
since the last time that I saw your pretty face
A thousand lies have made me colder and I don't think I can look at this the same
And all the miles that separate
They disappear now when I'm dreaming of your face

I'm here without you baby,
but you're still on my lonely mind
I think about you baby,
and I dream about you all the time
I'm here without you baby,
but you're still with me in my dreams
And tonight, there's only you and me (yeah)

The miles just keep rolling,
as the people leave their way to say hello
I've heard this life is overrated,
but I hope that it gets better as we go (ooh yeah yeah)

I'm here without you baby,
but you're still on my lonely mind
I think about you baby
and I dream about you all the time
I'm here without you baby,
but you're still with me in my dreams
And tonight girl, it's only you and me

Everything I know
and anywhere I go (yeah)
It gets hard but it won't take away (yeah yeah yeah) my love
And when the last one falls,
when it's all said and done
It gets hard but it won't take away my love (ooh ooh ooh)

I'm here without you baby,
but you're still on my lonely mind
I think about you baby
and I dream about you all the time
I'm here without you baby,
but you're still with me in my dreams
And tonight girl, it's only you and me (yeah)
(oh yeah, ooooh, oooooooh)

(I'm all alone)

Wind Beneath My Wings -BETTE MIDLER

This one is my old time favorite... lovin' this song forever. Loved to sing this song in our video K too.

WIND BENEATH MY WINGS -BETTE MIDLER

It must have been cold there in my shadow,
to never have sunlight on your face.
You were content to let me shine, that's your way,
you always walked a step behind.

So I was the one with all the glory,
while you were the one with all the strength.
A beautiful face without a name -- for so long,
a beautiful smile to hide the pain.

CHORUS:
Did you ever know that you're my hero,
and ev'rything I would like to be?
I can fly higher than an eagle,
'cause you are the wind beneath my wings.

It might have appeared to go unnoticed,
but I've got it all here in my heart.
I want you to know I know the truth, of course I know it,
I would be nothing with out you.

(CHORUS)

Fly, fly, fly away,
you let me fly so high.
Oh, fly, fly,
so high against the sky, so high I almost touch the sky.
Thank you, thank you, thank God for you,
the wind beneath my wings.

Last Dance -LADY GAGA

Last Dance -Lady Gaga

I've had a little bit too much
All of the people start to rush.
Start to rush by.
A dizzy twister dance
Can't find my drink or man.
Where are my keys, I lost my phone.
What's going on on the floor?
I love this record baby, but I can't see straight anymore.
Keep it cool what's the name of this club?
I can't remember but it's alright, alright.

[Chorus:]
Just dance. Gonna be okay.
Da-doo-doo-doo
Just dance. Spin that record babe.
Da-doo-doo-dooJ
ust dance. Gonna be okay.
Duh-duh-duh-duh
Dance. Dance. Dance. Just dance.

Wish I could shut my playboy mouth.
How'd I turn my shirt inside out?
Inside out, right.
Control your poison babe
Roses have thorns they say.
And we're all gettin' hosed tonight.
What's going on on the floor?
I love this record baby, but I can't see straight anymore.
Keep it cool what's the name of this club?
I can't remember but it's alright, alright.

[Chorus][
Colby O'Donis]
When I come through on the dance floor checking out that catalogue.
Can't believe my eyes so many women without a flaw.
And I ain't gonna' give it up, steady tryna pick it up like a call
I'm gonna hit it, I'm gonna hit it and flex and do it until tomorrow, yeah
Shorty i can see that you got so much energy
The way you twirling up them hips round and round
There's no reason at all why you can't leave here with me
In the meantime stay, let me watch you break it down.

[Chorus]
Half Psychotic, Sick hypnotic got my blueprint its symphonic.
Half Psychotic, sick hypnotic got my blueprint electronic.
Half Psychotic, Sick hypnotic got my blueprint its symphonic.
Half Psychotic, sick hypnotic got my blueprint electronic.

Go. Use your muscle, carve it out, work it, hustle
I got it, just stay close enough to get it
Don't slow! Drive it, clean it lysol, bleed it
Spend the last dough
(I got it)
In your Pocko
(I got it)
[Chorus

Bless The Brocken Road - RASCAL FLATTS

Bless The Brocken Road

I set out on a narrow way many years ago
Hoping I would find true love along the broken road
But I got lost a time or two
Wiped my brow and kept pushing through
I couldn't see how every sign pointed straight to you

[Chorus:]
Every long lost dream led me to where you are
Others who broke my heart they were like Northern stars
Pointing me on my way into your loving arms
This much I know is true
That God blessed the broken road
That led me straight to you

I think about the years I spent just passing through
I'd like to have the time I lost and give it back to you
But you just smile and take my hand
You've been there you understand
It's all part of a grander plan that is coming true

[Chorus]
Now I'm just rolling home
Into my lover's arms
This much I know is true

That God blessed the broken road
That led me straight to you
That God blessed the broken road
That led me straight to you.

One Expensive Fish

On one of Tokyo's Fish Auction, 2 sushi bar owners paid more than $100,000 US for a Japanese bluefin tuna. 2 competitors shared on one fish, one owns a sushi bar in Hong Kong and the the other one a Japanese sushi bar. 2 competitors reached a peaceful settlement to share the big fish. Isn't that great? It is proven that they were great competitors.

A Tuna for Lunch

We bought a nice looking fresh tuna at Asian Market last Monday. It's been awhile that i,ve ate fish on my own cooking. When i was in the Philippines i am on seafood's and vegetables diet and when i got here i am on mostly meat. I mean there are a lot of seafood's and vegetables if i just go to an Asian store but i don't know there seems to be different in flavors as what i've used to and my husband loves meat so i am cooking whats everybody could eat. Anyways, we got fried tuna for lunch today, my husband eat fish sometimes and it's been awhile i just hope my daughter will eat it too. Tuna is one of my favorite fish and sometimes in the Philippines if we can bought a fresh one we ate it raw like just cook it in the vinegar, put a little salt to taste, add onions, ginger, tomato and tiny hot chilly and it's good to go. Gosh, i missed that food. Have you heard the news that 2 competitors of a sushi restaurant in Japan shared the 100,00 bluefin tuna at the fish auction? That's one expensive tuna, well..that's one thing too cause tuna here in the US are getting more expensive than meat. I just remember the days... my mother side of the family are mostly fisherman. My grandpa is a fisherman and that's basically how he raised his family. They sells fish whenever they caught a lot and of course free foods on the table. That is all i knew on their source of income, he's a great grandpa and he raised his kids very well. Most of my uncles were fisherman too and some were mechanics of the huge fishing boat and they're doing good on what they are doing and sometimes if they caught a lot they gives as fresh caught fish.Hhhmmm thoe were the days......

Extra Pounds

I just recently noticed that i gain some weight, i guess i've eat too much this past months.hehe.. Well, you know from those past holidays i guess i ate a little more than what i used to. It's been awhile also that i stepped into that scale and yesterday surprise! surprise! i gain like 11 pounds. I guess i need to watch my diet from now on or else all my jeans next winter won't fit me anymore. I know that this is not good to start a new year but from now on i'm going back to my original diet and watch for what i've eat. This is hard cause you know i felt different, i am feeling a little exhausted for a little work and my jeans felt little tight. Hhhhmmm... i need to get busy also not just focusing on work and eating. I was thinking also to start a new career and going to school for Massage Therapy. Well, still checking on it and hoping to get a student loan. "Cross fingers" i am so excited about this!!!
